بررسی سقوط از تخت بیماران بستری در بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه

چکیده سقوط بیمار از تخت یک مشکل شایع برای بیماران بستری در بیمارستان ها است. این مطالعه توصیفی به بررسی میزان سقوط بیمار از تخت در بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه پرداخته است. در مجموع 28 بیمار از تخت سقوط کردند که شامل 17 مرد و 11 زن بودند. اکثر سقوط ها در شیفت شب و زمانی که پرستار یا پزشک حضور نداشتند، رخ داد. سقوط ها منجر به صدماتی شامل 10 مورد خراشیدگی، 6 مورد هماتوم و 5 مورد شکستگی بود. بررسی سقوط می تواند در سازماندهی محیط (تجهیزات و عوامل انسانی) و کاهش آن و ایجاد محیط ایمن به کار گرفته شود.
